AT&ampT Brings BlackBerry Z10 Beginning March 22

After T-Mobile announced its business-centric BlackBerry Z10 plans, ATT reveals it will begin selling the BB10-powered smartphone for a consumer-friendly price of $ 199.99, which comes with a two-year contract, beginning March 22nd. The carrier also says it will be accepting pre-orders starting March 12th.

Apart from being the first BlackBerry 10 device in the United States, the Z10 is also the first BlackBerry device that works with ATT’s 4G LTE network. The handset features a 4.2-inch HD screen and an 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording capability.

The BlackBerry Z10 is also expected to be available on Verizon Wireless, while Sprint is not expected to by carrying this handset.

Although the BlackBerry Z10 has received relative success in the United Kingdom and its home country Canada, it remains uncertain how Americans accept the new device, especially in the face of upcoming launches of the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S IV.
